The Food Scientist Behind NuLogic
Sivakumar Durairajan is a highly accomplished food scientist and the driving force behind NuLogic Innovations. With a strong research & development acumen and over 10+ years of hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, he has successfully completed 50+ F&B industrial projects across India — spanning product formulation, plant implementation, and international business development.
From spice and seasoning operations to nutraceutical R&D, from turnkey food plant projects to special-purpose food machinery, Sivakumar brings an unusually broad depth of expertise. His career has spanned leadership roles at Spice Holdings, First Agro, Rithi Health Foods, and Align Experts — giving him rare end-to-end visibility across the entire food value chain, from raw material to retail.
